The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is critically important to our growth and success. The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading your lawn and landscape crew members to provide professional mowing, lawn and landscape maintenance and snow removal services on commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Landscape maintenance
• Work alongside, delegate, and distribute work according to job site size, time, and available resources
• Responsible for final inspection of job sites

Requirements:

• Accountability
• Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public and our environment
• Ownership of Job

Compensation:

• Hourly, based on experience
